They won't take their own equipment back in store! They told us to wait for paperwork sent in mail with info to mail it back! Never got any mail from them! It's been 2 months now and they charged us 900 bucks for the equipment on top of our final bill! Never again Telus! Scammers!

Two staff in on a Saturday. There is always at least 2 -3 people ahead of you. Switching to another provider where I don’t have to wait an hour for service that takes half an hour to fulfill

Today I walked into this store in the PeterPond Mall on the first floor. And the employees never even said hello, which was fine because I noticed they were busy. I stood in line for a full hour waiting to get served and finally, the Blonde Lady with glasses working on June 10th around 6pm that day... says" Hi, what are you looking for? wanna ask a question?" I said no i would like to add an apple watch to my plan. " She looks at me and screws up her face at me and says" Well, we only have ten minutes until closing soooo I'm not doing that now. You can check back tomorrow." I got frustrated and said you couldnt tell me while i was in line the past 50mins?" She then goes and instead of saying sorry she states that she didn't know the time and won't start a new thing now. I don't know about you but when i worked in retail i was always told the customer is always right. The time doesn't control when we stop serving.. it was when the last customer was served. I understand if I ran in 2 mins before closing like some people do. but i was standing in that store line for over 50mins and no one spoke to me or said anything until they wanted to leave and it was time to go. I felt belittled by the way she spoke to me and felt like i didn't matter. Even if she apologized it would have made me feel a little better than just telling me they were closing and she wouldn't open another THING now. I was hurt and taken aback. One of the worst customer experiences i had ever had. She was rude and that makes things look bad for your company.

Had a good experience with all the workers until today as I came in to renew my phone and I think his name was Tyler he was not trying to help me explain the plans that telus is providing right now as I asked him to explain it he was very unprofessional as his tone was very aggressive and very disrespectful. I am very disappointed that he didn't know how to do his job I asked to speak to the manager as I was told she was not around. Folks if u go there don't get help from him he doesn't know how to talk to customers.

Definitely hate coming to this place but I always try to give it another chance thinking the customer service will be better. However again and again I'm faced with the poor service from the same people. I go in to renew and upgrade two cellphones I have because my contract is up. They are serving other customers or at least one person was and totally understand that they cannot serve me right away however a "hello" "I'll be right with you" anything would be appreciated as they don't even look up from their computer they just continue to do what they are doing and totally ignore you as a customer. I ended up just walking out and ordering our phones online. Try smiling and acknowledging your customers, Lord knows we pay a lot for the services.

Horrible service. I went through my contract in detail, I asked what every item on the contract meant including my roaming package. I was lied to on what the roaming feature cost and I travel a lot for work. I got a very large bill and when called telus customer care I was told that is not how the roaming pack works. I explained that is not how it was described in store and they just said sorry that's what it is. Now I am stuck in a contract with huge overages with no way out all because of this stores rep telling me a flat out lie to sign. Call customer service for you needs DO NOT go to this store if you want the truth on the products, they are just looking for easy commission and contracts.

was asking to get a quote for an internet connection-spoke to a lady told me to wait 1day-1day pass i called them-spoke to another agent-just told me that it didn’t went through yet-i asked how long it’ll take-she just answered me NoT sure Yet..period! Great customer service-Failed!
