★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a case and screen protector for the s21fe and they put it on. When setting up my new phone i notice the screen protector doesn't look right and it's a couple mm from the edge. Even though it's only a couple mm from the edge it makes a difference since it's not fully protected and will eventually show wear marks. I ordered a screen protector off Amazon just to see if they installed the wrong one and sure enough the one from Amazon covered the entire glass. I asked for my money back and of course it was an argument and I was in the wrong etc etc but he finally offered me a credit which I refused because of his rudeness and the principal of the situation. Cell World made the mistake and has terrible customer service after the fact. Shop elsewhere to protect your valuables

and the person who worked there fixed me phone in 30 minutes. He is so amazing. If anyone of you have problems with your phone go to Cell World. He will definitely help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman there blames the customer and does not honour the “lifetime warranty” on the screen. The screen popped up and upon pushing screen back onto the phone the screen broke. I went back and he started blaming the customer and saying “my son dropped the phone and the screen cracked”, I was shocked. Don’t go there to do business because they just steal your money. I am so disappointed and disgusted by this gentleman’s business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store to get my phone's screen replaced which was damaged very badly, the guy over there is very honest... instead of ripping me off like other stores he recommended me to go for other options as the screen was expensive for my phone. I really appreciated the honesty and the way he deals with his customers. Since that day I only go to this store and recommend others as well. If you have any issues with your phone or want to buy phone accessories I would recommend you to visit this place and you won't be disappointed!
