Absolute brutal service from this place, they lack the after sale customer service. Sales process is OK, but hope you do not need after sale care. I have been wasting my time trying to get them to provide me a refund based on there so called price guarantee and it has been close to a month back and forth. Their sleep guarantee is useless i strongly suggest if you require a mattress stay away and shop where mattresses are sold exclusively. they take your money instantly, however when they owe you money it takes weeks of back and forth. Beware

I purchased the fava couch set back near the end of March. Ive called a total of 3 times now to get updates on when the couch set would arrive and keep getting further and further dates. I don't understand why Leon's is selling a couch set with no inventory. And it's been on sale a couple times since we bought ours. Just frustrated that we have to wait even longer for the couches, with no end date in sight.

Where do I begin. 10/10 This review is for the manager Ashley. Ashley is phenomenal, she is very professional and educated. Hats off to this girl. What an outstanding experience. First time purchasing with Leon's, we faced a few hiccups with the pandemic and out order. Ashley made us feel like VIPs from the first day. She keeps a one on one relationship. Doesn't make us feel like a number. For a big corporate like Leon's. She really did treat us like part of the family. The individual treatment with customers is not lost in this day and age. Tremendous thanks to Ashley. Fantastic individual. Will only come to see her from now on.

We bought our fridge in December 2020. We were told beforehand that it won't be delivered until april or may 2021. June came and still no delivery. We talked to several people to expedite the process until we got hold of Ashley who went the extra mile looking and found 1 sitting in the warehouse. Then we made a service call and the manufacturer was looking for the delivery receipt for warranty purposes which we dont have at he time. I emailed Leons and guess what? It was Ashley again to the rescue. She' s awesome. Thanks Ashley!!!

Had a terrible experience here. I was in 2 weeks ago looking to purchase a mattress and more. After spending time shopping at the store I decided on what I wanted to purchase. I spoke to the salesperson Naz, and she specifically told me not to buy the item and I should wait for the VIP savings event and I could get an even better price and save more. Fast forward 2 weeks later I show up again for the VIP event, and to my surprise the mattress I wanted is selling at more than double the price than what I saw previously and what I would have purchased the mattress for. I was assured by the same salesperson today that they would match the previous price that I saw. Couple minutes later she comes back saying that she actually can’t match the price and in order to get half off the black tag price, which would still be more then the original purchase price from 2 weeks before, I would first have to spend an extra $300 on something else. Absolutely terrible customer service here and a complete waste of my time. Do not bring your business here and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

I purchased a love seat from the Orangeville store in August. A custom order with an estimated 6-8 weeks delivery. I paid extra because the sofa was being made in Canada. Apart from a couple of calls from the sales person, Felicity, at the beginning of this process, I have been obliged to continually follow up regarding delivery. First, I was told it would be delivered by Thanksgiving, then by Christmas, then the third week of January and having followed up again today, I am told mid-February! It remains to be seen whether this will happen. I am appalled at the lack of customer service by this company, no status follow up and apart from a $100 discount on the piece I am still left with no sofa after 6 months. I know there are supply chain issues but this is really ridiculous. Very frustrating experience and I will not shop at Leon’s again.

Received my new sectional sofa December 2020 and not a year later the pull out section is broken. Been waiting 3 months for a call back from tech and 3 follow up since and still waiting! Very poor service and quality. Will never shop at Leon's again!

We got a quote on a sectional sofa that was on a no-tax sale. The sales person told us that the sale was on until Thursday. We wanted to look in one more store before purchasing, but ultimately decided on the one at Leon's. I called back on the Thursday and spoke with the same sales person and confirmed the order. The sales person then told me the total with tax. I asked why there was tax and she said that the sale ended yesterday. I then spoke to the Manager who also would not honour the price that was quoted. They lost our business.
