Orangeville Furniture

Recently my husband and I purchased a Sofa and Love Seat from Orangeville Furniture. When it was delivered we noticed a flaw at the end of the armrests on both the Sofa and Love Seat.   We spoke to customer service and took pictures and sent them back to Orangeville Furniture who said she couldn't tell from the pictures where the flaws were so she came to our home and inspected the Furniture.   She agreed that it should be fixed. Customer Service said they would get in touch with me.  After a week of not hearing anything I called them.  I was told they would get back to me on Friday or the following Monday.   Which they did not.  I phoned again and was told the same thing.  After three weeks of this we called the owner and I was put through to customer service who actually started yelling at me saying I had no right to go behind her back when she was working so hard for us!  I was stunned and extremely upset.  When we did speak to the owner I told her that I will not speak to or deal with her customer service representative.  So we dealt with the owner. Our Sofa and Love Seat was picked up the following week and was returned to us a week later.  We could still see the flaws.   We called back to let the owner know and were told it was fixed and that was the end of it. By this time I was so disappointed and upset because not only did we have to accept this furniture the way it was but also what happened with customer service was still really bothering me.  We wanted Orangeville Furniture to pick up this furniture and give us our money back.  They refused saying there was nothing wrong with the Sofa and Love Seat. We were very good customers at Orangeville Furniture since 2016 and we were shocked that we were treated like this.  I wonder if Orangeville Furniture realizes that they have lost such good customers. I decided to write this review so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I have not exaggerated in any way and have told the truth about our experience at Orangeville Furniture. Needless to say my husband and I will never shop at Orangeville Furniture again.

we recently went here for some help purchasing love seat and chairs. Orangeville furniture were so helpful with picking out fabric and side tables, carpet and lamps. We never felt rushed and hurried in own choices. thank for the terrific help.

This place has some amazing furniture. We've been there 3 or 4 times so far and can't seem to get enough!

If I could give Orangeville Furniture ten stars I would, for their broad selection of high quality furniture and for the courteous, professional customer interactions. We got stuck in traffic and the staff went out of their way to arrange after - hours pickup of the outdoor seats, umbrella and lounges we had purchased. Our friends are green with envy and are constantly asking where on earth we got such beautiful, high quality pieces! We will definitely be going back for more furniture now that we can peruse freely both inside and out.

The sales staff were informative and helpful, the products are high quality and the delivery services are punctual and careful. I recommend this to anyone in the area who wants personal service that is superior to the chain big box stores.

We were looking for love seats for our family room but we heard everywhere the lead times were long all over . I sent a message on a Friday night asking if they had stock was pleasantly surprised when we got a response right away. Went in the next morning to meet Cheryl who had already found some items for us to look at. Then after looking around the store we realized that with the pricing as good as it was and stock available to ship immediately we walked out with a new couch and chairs and had it delivered that Friday. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was very helpful and great communication Great store and people we will be back

Our family has had TWO exceptional experiences shopping at Orangeville Furniture. We purchased two gorgeous couches from them - and we loved the pieces so much that my husband invested in a beautiful office chair (working from home deserves comfort!). Cheryl helped us - she was wonderfully helpful. We'll absolutely be back to shop there again. Huge selection of quality pieces.

Donna was very helpful at showing me the various options and staff were very helpful at loading the sofa and ottoman into my vehicle. I absolutely love my sofa.
