Got into cell range around 4:30 and got ahold of Kal Tire in Nakusp, Thomas was very helpful and stayed around to install the new tire - the shop closed at 5 and we didn't get there until 5:35. So thankful for the excellent service, thank you so much for getting us back on the road Thomas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were passing through Nakusp, B.C. on July 4th after spending the night at Nakusp Hotsprings campground. When we started our truck the low tire pressure indicator alerted us to a problem; it turned out to be a screw in a rear tire. We limped our way out to the main highway looking for cell service, once online, my wife called Kal Tire and let them know what was going on. They told us they can have a look right away. Within minutes of our arrival the tire was off and being repaired. 30 minutes later it was back on.
When my wife was ready to pay, she was informed that the tire repair was "On the House", and to have a safe trip back to Maple Ridge, B.C.
It's rare in this day and age, that this type of thing happens, but says a lot about the two men manning this Kal Tire franchise. They're priority was the customer, and it shows.

This is proven by how busy they are most days and you often need to book a week or two in advance. But they will always fit you in for an emergency flat repair & the like. I have always been happy with their service, pricing & workmanship.
