★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PSA: few years back I had some brake lines replaced but the system was never purged of air which is a critical step in restoring proper braking operation after any thing is replaced in the brake system. I was given the car after the repairs with about 20% brake power. Too bad that Jay choose to lie and call the job complete when confronted and cared less about the extremely dangerous position his recklessness would cause. Maybe he was having a terrible day but he actually had my car a for a few days which was plenty of time to come to his senses.
I would never let anyone I know ever take a chance at this garage ever. This one instance of disregard for public safety put not only myself but others on the road at risk. Cannot recommend this garage less. Disgusted with his calusness and just sorry I let the this sit so long.
