Very knowledgeable about all the appliances and gave us tips on how to maintain them to last longer. Very professional, patient and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure that we have the correct measurements for all our appliances and easily helped us make changes when we needed to. Cinthe also went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal on all our purchases. I recommend Cinthe to anyone who is visiting the Orangeville branch for their appliances or any purchases for that matter. Thanks for your great service!

She was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend that you ask for her when you need anything! Also a big shoutout to Francis, what a guy. He saved us a lot of money in some areas and he really knows how to make a customer feel cared for. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abe (Abhinav) is a great salesman - hands down! He told us if our sectional went on sale within 30 days we would get the difference back. It did and he called us the very first day to tell us. Then when we forget and got too busy to come back in for our refund he called and reminded us again. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ?

Doreen and Francis especially have made sure that while furnishing my home I always purchased the perfect product at the best price. They really wanted me to leave the store happy with the whole experience and the look of my home!

I recently had a bad experience at the brick with one of the sales representative. I am now happy to say that the store manger Francis Viveiros reached out and made it right!! He managed to turn a really bad experience and situation to a positive one. Francis was nothing only helpful but he was also very kind and respectful. He was very professional and true to his word. He honestly demonstrated great customer service!! He was very understanding of the situation and made things right. I am very thankful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sat my son and I braved the storm to pop into The Brick to get an idea on pricing for a new stove. Veronica was the lonely one holding down the fort so her coworkers could get home due to the storm. Veronica was great at helping us find the info we needed on a new induction Frigidaire Stove. She was wonderful and sent us home with all the info and a quote we needed. We returned the next day to make our purchase with Veronica. We can't wait for the arrival. Thank you for all your help and info Veronica. Ask for her when you go to The Brick.
