M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor treatment by a few staff. I have been to the Orangeville store twice in the past week. The first time the saleswoman walked away from me to tend to another customer and never came back. Yesterday, after I found shoes on my own, the saleswoman told me that by wearing the new shoes out of the store made sale was final. I guess she told me. What a load of garbage. This shore, over the years, has always proven to have some rude servers, usually the older ones. The Guelph store staff are very friendly and helpful. Orangeville, clean up your act and treat your customers with respect. The employees seem discontent. This is most likely due to poor management.
S	Stacey Taferner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really disappointed with my visit to this store tonight. I was in last week and spoke to a great clerk who was very helpful in finding shoes for me. I am having an issue with my foot and need a good wide shoe. I went back today after work and spent an hour looking for shoes. Not once was I approached by a clerk. There were several other people who never were helped either. I went to the register to pay and there were 2 girls chatting. They asked if I was ready when I said I was disappointed that no one had approached me I was told that they were busy putting stock away. Having worked in retail for over 20 years i cannot believe how unprofessional some clerks are. The shoes in this store are good quality shoes that you are going to spend your money on not something every one can buy all the time so I want to helped to find the right fit. I am very disappointed with the service I received.

I always buy my shoes here and was pleasantly surprised when I mentioned that the shoes I was wearing were splitting, and the salesperson who was helping me said that they would be replaced for free under warranty! She checked with her manager and confirmed. I bought another pair too! Amazing customer support. Thanks!

L	Lynn Gascon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam alert!! BUYER BEWARE I selected kids shoes from the sale rack. One second after I tapped my credit card to pay the salesperson said ‘these are a mismatch and different sizes’ which I did not know and did not want them that way. I had not even left the register and they would NOT give my money back. They informed me that sale items are final sale but they would let me have a store credit. The box gave the size as it normally would and on the side she pointed out it said mix match which I had not seen nor would I ever expect a store to purposely sell a pair of shoes with 2 different sizes. The assistant manager was rude. Now they plan to scam more customers. I used to enjoy shopping in this store but this experience is very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

She took the time to find out exactly what my daughter wanted and made sure she was happy with what she chose before we left. I was so happy with her service that we went back a week later when we needed new mittens. Definitely recommend!!!
