M	Maria Lucas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience. Went in and was seated in an unclean booth (lettuce was dried on the table and something was clearly spilt on the seat). Took an hour to get our food after getting our appetizers fairly quickly. When we got the food we were given no utensils for our chicken and steaks adding in that the steak and mushrooms that was ordered wasn't given any mushrooms. Furthermore, the fries were too salty and the chicken and gravy were cold. We were tired of waiting and wanted to leave so we asked for to go boxes right away. However, it took them forever to come see how we were doing after being given the boxes (even though to go boxes implies we wanted to leave). When we asked for the bill it took a while and the waiter just left us with the machines (had to run the machine ourselves because the bill was split between two gift cards and there was no one else there to work it). On top of this horrendous time, I went to use the bathrooms before leaving in which the paper towel roll was on the sink soaking wet not even in the dispenser. When I was exiting afterwards someone was already cleaning up our table (2 minutes might've passed). So glad they have great service for clean up but not serving. First and last time coming here I've never had such a bad experience at a restaurant.
R	Richard Penner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a tasty lunch after a few mediocre meals at our ski lodge. The staff here was incredibly friendly, and the food was hot, fresh and tasty. The highlight was hearing what seemed to be the owner or manager giving great coaching/mentorship to the staff, who seemed competent and genuinely enjoying their work.

However, this time, we were sitting for linger than usual without a server coming to us. When one did cone she apologized for being late, gave us a plausible explanation and took out order right away. Food was really good...better than expected because we hadn’t been out for so long due to C19. When we were done and we’re about to leave, she offered us free desserts to make up...we were all pleasantly surprised. Good gesture that went a long way in this situation, especially for my daughter who we had said no to her request for dessert ?
J	Jim Deveau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent enough. Three out of four meals were great. The chicken tenders were a lot darker than you'd expect. They looked burnt. The taste was a little off too. I think a deep frying oil change is overdue. They brought a few more to make up for it, but they were the same. The staff were very kind about it so no complaints there. We would eat there again, but hopefully after they change the oil.

What little cheese there was had not melted. So everything inside was still raw and falling out. Precious little chicken. Lots of onions! Good thing I like onions. I'll probably give them another try. But if parking is any indication, maybe not. My waitress is great, she offered to fix it for me, but I hate returning food to the kitchen.
V	Vibhuti Gohil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always wanted to try deep fried mac and cheese but never had a chance until I visited Kelseys. I must say, the Mac and Cheese Amaze Balls were the yummiest. Everything we ordered was tasty.
