★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked an appointment back in March with Aryanna for the end of March. the night before my appointment very late, she messaged me saying that someone else was booked for the time she told me. I was not very happy but I was willing to rebook with her. she said she would get back to me with her availability and never did. I messaged her again, showing her what I asked for and again, no reply.
at that point I was not going to rebook with MC college as I felt that I was not being accounted for, and pushed off to the side.
I chose to rebook with a girl named Courtney - to my surprise when I got there, " Courtney" did not show up.
I was again, pushed off to the side.
The girl at the front desk was amazing and booked me in with Kiko.
as I know they are only students, Kiko did her best and I was pleased with the end result.
please do not book with Aryanna as I previously have booked with her and she did not do what I asked for, and now trying to rebook with her a year later turned into a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got foilyage done to my hair by Mikela as part of an exam, she did a great job in communicating what the process and each step of the process as it went along. Very friendly, professional and would recommend her to anyone! I wish her all the best with her future!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed... I booked online May 2/22 for May 7/22 1pm and received a confirmation text the day before. I then received a call at 10:30am May 7/22 and was told the student wasn't available be ause they had an event. I asked if another student was available and was told no they are all at the event and offered 25% off my next service. I asked for the following Saturday and was told that was graduation for the students.
You had to of known there was an event when I booked and at the very least, definitely the day before the appointment. So why offer time slots/students that aren't available? Very unprofessional and may not be a returning customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing, the majority of appointments I make seem to get canceled the day prior or as I am at the reception desk checking in for my appointment. I fully understand things happen, but in the last month and 3 of my appointments where canceled at the last minute. When people book in advance for hair coloring to cancel them 1 day prior is unacceptable. I will not be going back this is the last time, not like they will honor the appointment date anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished the evening part time artificial nail technician course and would highly recommend going with MC college. The building is beautiful and there was street parking so I didn’t have to pay which was nice. My instructor Sheryl was incredible and made the course 100% more fun and exciting. It was super easy to ask her questions and she provided constructive criticism when needed. I believe having a great teacher makes all the difference.
Taking this course helped me further my knowledge and understanding of what is required to provide a professional and safe environment for my clients in the future! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely frustrated and disappointed as I made appointments for both my daughter and I and got not 1 text but 2 texts confirming our appointments. We show up and pay for parking only to be told after waiting over 10 minutes past our appointment time that the person scheduled to do my hair did not show up. I understand things can happen, but this is not the first time something like this has happened. When people book well in advance for hair coloring and a cut to cancel them as when they are actually waiting for their appointment is beoynd unacceptable, unprofessional and a total inconvenience for a paying customer. One would think given that it sounds like this is a regular occurrence that the school would be proactive and have girls on site who want to be there fill in for the girls who are a NO SHOW. I will be rethinking going back and looking elsewhere as this is not a way to run a business and or promote the services and or the students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kiddo had her hair coloured steel blue a few days back, and it looks AMAZING. Brianna .G. (student) and Naz (instructor) did an outstanding job! I highly recommend getting your hair coloured at MC College, they put so much effort into ensuring the client is happy with the end results. I had a haircut by Lyndsey M, and Eileena was the instructor; awesome job by both! Always so professional, friendly, and affordable.. you can't beat it. Make sure to bring cash for tipping, as you can't leave a tip on credit/debit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this modern, state of the art Salon/Spa! My daughter had her hair dyed blue, and I had a cut/colour and pedicure this past weekend... amazing service all around, and the end results were outstanding. The instructors are always checking in (LOVED Sarah!), which was reassuring as I have curly hair, and things can go sideways fast. Big shout out to Vida, Christian, Quentin, Robin, and all the ladies in the spa, for taking such good care of us. ❣️
