Yanna is awesome! I went there with trust issues due to a bad cut like 2 yrs prior and Yanna was amazing! She was able to advise me on what cut would be great for my hair, did an amazing low maintenance color (it was what I asked for),and showed my how to style my new cut! Overall excellent experience I will definitely go back. I have really fine hair and she was able the work with it well!

Yanna did magic with my hair and I couldn’t be happier!! She explained every step of the process as we went. I really appreciated that and I had total trust in her. The colour and extensions I had installed have transformed me!! Thank you so much Yanna :)

Stylists really listen to your specific needs/wants. Come up with realistic hairstyles that one can easily manage in real life.

Travis is an absolute angel! My haircut is so cute and I have not had a good haircut in over 5 years. So obsessed and will definitely be back!

Pros: -The salon is beautiful and kept clean. -The sinks for your hair lift up, so it didn't feel like my neck was going to die! -They provided sanitizer and slippers as well as hung up our coats to make us feel more comfortable. -The gown covered my whole upper body unlike the cheap ones that get hair all over your shirt when you leave. -All the employees are SO nice. And their hair is super cool. -The important part? Kylie did an amazing job on my hair! She was super nice, listened to everything I needed, didn't pressure me to do my hair a certain way or cut more than I was comfortable with, and was a joy to talk to! My hair looks great, feels great, and I might have made a friend! Thanks Kylie! ☺️ The cons: -There are basically no cons. Maybe just that their regular prices are expensive compared to what I usually get? If you're on the fence about trying them out, they have a Groupon you can get! Don't hesitate to book here! All the staff are amazing and talented. ?

I originally went in asking for a mushroom brown hair colour, and Kylie quoted me roughly $250 for this the first time I went into the salon. About 5 hours into the appointment she told me that it was going to be a bit more than expected since we've spent more time on it. She told me about $400, then came back 15 minutes later saying it would be $490. I was extremely disappointed as double the price isn't exactly what I expected when I heard "more". As well as she did not consult me during the process to let me know how much more it would cost during each different treatment she did. So I'm 5 hours in, mid dye, and told that its going to be double what was originally quoted. I was already on the verge of tears considering the cost and went back to the chair to have my hair look nothing like I asked. I understand that hair doesn't always come out exactly as expected, but this was an entirely different colour and she had tried to talk me into liking it. Also suggesting that I leave my own purple shampoo in longer to tint it more grey. She did give me $100 off and book me back for another session to fix it up- which I'm happy about- but I think it's really unacceptable that she didn't consult me at all with the price increase. Even if it meant not getting the colour I originally wanted. The fix itself was good- much closer to what I asked for- except she used a "fashion dye" as she called it, and I assume was a semi permanent. She kept telling me that the colour I wanted was unnatural, but I wasn't looking for an unnatural colour at all. I'm very frustrated having paid still more money than I expected and now having to go back for more touch ups than if she used an actual dye on my hair. All in all this took so much more time, money, and effort than expected. I just really felt that the whole experience was incredibly unprofessional and it's left me very frustrated.
