About Ruker

At this time, we have two different campaigns for two different clients and one of them is a B2C campaign. What makes our B2C program unique is that we are provided leads by our client so we are promoting and selling directly to qualified customers and not wasting time speaking to existing customers. Our B2C campaign will not involve energy sales, street/in-store promotions or fundraising – the clients we represent are industry-leaders and are looking to gain market share through account acquisitions.

Campaign assignment is determined during the interview process and the advertisement that you, the candidate, would apply to online. Both programs offer the same opportunity to develop and grow with the company long term.

Seems to delete honest reviews U work mon-sat door to door 100% commission dont get paid for the first three weeks. get your training bonus once you make $500 worth of sales so sometimes dont get paid for a month. Not allowed time off. Pyramid scheme. All 5stars are from employees who got asked to do a review. Some people got paid to change their review. Nothing is optional. Ceo is unprofessional AVOID

Hands down the best place I've ever worked! I grew more personally in one month working here than 11 years owning my own business. The relationships I've made will last a lifetime and so will the skills I've learned. Challenging, rewarding and gives me a unique position to increase my value and those around me. A true team-minded office environment, with opportunities to help others every day.

Cold calling door to door slave job. They make you sign a contract that basically allows them to pay you nothing .

A commentary from a Potential Hire mid interview process: Wow. These reviews are.....let's say an interesting read. Or a bi-polar tire fire. Here is what I see: - a genuine disdain for door to door sales amoungst negative reviews. D2D is tough. It's not inbound sales, that is for sure. - not all of their campaigns are door to door. I would imagine they have their own subjective process to decide which type of person they want to introduce to which type of campaign. I'm interviewing for a position that is not D2D at all. I'll update this after the final interviews, but c'mon....paying people to write good reviews? Pyramid scheme? I doubt it guys. And to say it's 100% commission based is factually inaccurate. You'll find the same polarized reviews under any job with a high turnover rate.

I have had the pleasure of being part of Rukers team since October and am truly blown away by the opportunities for growth within the company. No matter what your position is within Ruker, they want to see you succeed in every aspect! Coming from someone who has previously worked in unhealthy environments, its refreshing to see what a supportive, creative, and overall healthy work place is supposed to be like!

Would strongly recommend for anyone looking to build leadership and sales experience. All the growth is done internally, creating a fun atmosphere and driven. Been nothing but a great experience meeting and working with their leadership team

Probably the worst job I’ve ever worked at. All of the reviews are current employees from management. They wait a full week after hiring to tell you what the job really is. They make you knock doors in -30 weather and on top of that you don’t get paid for the first month. Also after you only get what you sold and not too many people trust a door to door salesman. They promised a top up but the boss just doesn’t respond when it’s payday. Coincidentally he’s always on β€œvacation”. This job is a scam and no self -respecting person would keep up with it. Definitely don’t recommend.

I’ll try and make this short. I loved working there because of my coworkers but that’s about it. Scam company. It’s a DOOR TO DOOR sales company. I didn’t get paid for the first month let alone I had to hassle with the boss to PAY me and two other new starts. Very unorganized. They hardly tell you anything and then expect you to know everything when you go knock doors. They put you through a two day zoom call and then when you get to the field they tell you to β€œcompletely ignore everything they said.” It’s month 2 and they still owe me money. It sounds amazing but if I’m being honest unless you have actual money to spend for a month on gas and trips go right ahead with this job.
