Staff was kind, friendly and welcoming. I personally, love the relaxed and cozy atmosphere. I will definitely be back. Thank you ladies for a wonderful day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few time for different services. Shocked by the passive aggressive negative reviews! All pictures shown are pretty and no bad pictures of services done wrong! This spa is adorable! All the services and products sold are organic and holistic in nature(excluding nail polish). Staff here are very knowledgeable!
Information regarding gel nail polish is on website and in confirmation emails before coming in. Anyone who has ever been to downtown Edmonton knows parking is atrocious, which is the fault of City of Edmonton! Whenever I come to the spa I am always in awe of the neat art on the walls for sale, the different sheets on the tables give me cheer. This place is always super booked and has many staff. The negative reviews slandering all staff here as unfriendly or looking like they just rolled out of bed is unfair because the chances of anyone getting every different service with a different staff member is impossible in one visit. Also communication is a 2 way street. If you are unhappy with someone or a service did not meet your expectations, being a paying patron its also your responsibility to voice that during and after your services. When I pay for a service anywhere I ask questions before I book and if having a chatty or quiet estitician or massage therapist is important to me then I state that before I book!! No business or person is perfect and I know the owners and staff at this place are very responsible and reasonable when treated with respect :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my experience here did not meet the high quality stated on their website. From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. I had the Head to Toe experience and had to spend 4 hours here so brushed off her attitude. The services I had were nice and refreshing although the building is very outdated. There were a few times where I would be left in a room for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for my next service to begin. With this spa package you also are served a choice of lunch.. it was not enjoyable at all and I thought maybe it had been left in the fridge over the weekend.. it was rock hard and stale. When my services were fully complete and I again had to meet with the "friendly" receptionist she was once again rude to me. I can't say I will come back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose to try this spa for a birthday treat to myself. I had the extreme pleasure of meeting the owner Cathy. I’m a plus sized lady who always has been uncomfortable going to the spa and using the robes because of the fit being an issue. Cathy said she has always taken that into consideration so everyone can feel pampered and comfortable at her spa so she has sizes to fit everyone. Even a small thing like that meant a lot to me. The treatments were amazing. Everyone was kind, professional and very good at what they were doing. It was a beautiful relaxing day. THEN the biggest shock of all, Cathy had graciously given me a significant discount for my birthday. I actually tried to argue and say they must have made a mistake as my bill should be much more! They confirmed it was no mistake. This was beyond what I ever expected. There aren’t many business owners left out there like this! I will continue to go there and encourage everyone else give them a try too. Thank you so much Cathy for your care and generosity. It meant the world to me.

If you expect a luxurious spa with beautiful interiors, staff in pristine uniforms, soft fresh white linens, relaxing scent of aromatherapy and professional technicians - this place isn’t it.
The facility is outdated and dingy looking. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every single noise.
Staff looks like they’ve just rolled out of bed.
Towels and blankets are old, smelly and scratchy.
Estheticians skill level was mediocre and that’s a generous evaluation. I’ve had Back Relax, Customized Eminence Facial and Spa Pedicure and all of those treatments were done poorly.
Overall, based on my terrible experience, I can’t believe, that any of the positive reviews are legitimate.
Avoid this place at any cost.

I was in today for the second time for a full day and from the receptionist to everyone in between I was amazed at how wonderful and skilled these people are. During these trying times of covid, I personally have met mean spirited, rude and angry at the world people around the city but the staff here makes you forget all that terrible happening going on. The spa is a beautiful, extremely clean and welcoming place. I would highly recommend this well run establishment to everyone. I also received a gift bag with my package full of wonderful little treats including items made with love from local artisans. I will be back again and again. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the Sensational Soother package, and I will definitely book it again. I started with the 20 minute Hydrotherapy session, which I had never had before. Let me tell you this was an amazing way to start the session. I was completely relaxed. Next was the 45 minute massage with Paul, who was amazing. He worked my upper back/shoulder muscles perfectly. I then had a mud wrap with Chloe, which I had also never had before. This was an awesome experience. Once they wrap you up, you're warm, and cocooned. Followed that with a hot shower to rinse off, then she applied a very rich moisturizing cream. Finished with a hand and foot paraffin treatment, which was the perfect ending to the pampering. I will be returning for sure! Highly recommended for complete relaxation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend got me the Head to Toe package and although I’ve been here several times for massages, I’ve never tried any of the spa packages. We had an amazing experience and the treatments were excellent. It’s very clean, and cozy. I like the big windows and the waiting area. They offer tea coffee and snacks always which is such a nice touch. I love all the paintings on the wall and we bought a cool clock.
I highly recommend this place! It is wonderful
