★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda Green, you are a star! Came in to see Amanda for a hair cut and had some concerns with hair breakage. Not only did she treat me to a nourishing hair masque, her product recommendations were spot on. The haircut experience was relaxing, fun, and truly pampering ❤️. Her head massages are also AMAZING! My hair is now to my mid back and no more breakage ??. Can’t wait to see her next time and look forward to a future color job ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Amanda (Downtown location) for my hair for over a year now. She’s very knowledgeable and always gives me styling tips and tricks to use for when I’m at home. For example, when I told her I got a hair dryer brush, she taught exactly how to use it. Not only is she very talented, but also so personable! I always look forward to our appointments- I’ve always had a fun and positive experience with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough good things about this salon and my amazing stylist. Immediately as you walk in through the door you are welcomed by incredible staff who treat you kindly no matter if you are having a service with them or someone else. They have incredible products and services. I have gone for facials, manicures, and haircuts and always leave satisfied! They also have great communication if anything comes up with your appointment. I am very picky about my hair and have been scarred from poor haircuts in the past at different salons. I see Amanda for my naturally curly hair and she is very attentive to my hair goals and needs! She will never snip or colour a strand of hair unless she is 100% confident it is what I want!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough amazing things about my stylist Amanda. I use to get my hair done once a year, but with Amanda I’m going every 2 months because she does such an amazing job.
Kendal is equally as amazing - I’ve seen her for a brow tint and lash lift/tint. Icons has a private room she works out of so it’s super relaxing. Kendal is so lovely and chatty :).
Definitely stop by Icons if you value great service & a friendly atmosphere.

Whenever I need a self-care day I just call Icon and book her. The salon is amazing, great style, makes you feel very welcome every time and all the ladies are awesome :)

Kendal: she hands(feet?) down provided the best pedicure I've ever had. Zero discomfort, made sure the temperature was okay and it truly made a lasting difference for my feet! The massage and warm towels she used was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend booking with her and guaranteed you'll receive high quality service and will have a laugh along the way.
Amanda: I am so happy with my hair! I appreciate how she made sure I was 100% on board before proceeding with any changes. I had a lot of questions and like the expert she is, she had a suggestion for everything!
Bonus: convenient online booking, some awesome retail products and the front desk was friendly.

I was so happy to hear Marjorie is back from maternity leave so I can get the BEST lash extensions again ? Recently I started getting Brazilian waxing services from Kendal and she is amazing and was highly recommended! It’s pretty much painless! Coming to Icon is always my favourite part of the day. Everyone is so welcoming and kind when you get there.
