I bought my Mazda CX5 back in October 2015 from there after seeing 9 other dealers in Laval (different brands) and all 9 they bring my trust in cars dealers below zero. However, I was really surprised with the sales representatives service and end up buying my car. Living in Laval it was hard for me to go for the first oil change to Repentigny and I went to Mazda Laval in January. Good service, nothing to say. However, I tried to get an appointment again and everything I've got available was within minimum 1 week. Tried another Mazda dealer in Laval and same thing. I called Mazda Repentigny again as a last resort and guess what? They found a way to give me the appointment for the day I wanted. It is true that I will get just the important things done and the inside cleaning will have to wait, but they made something happen which I really appreciate.

Worst service ever received by M.Denis Poulain. I will never buy a vehicule from them again!!! I had an anti rust contract with this dealer for a vehicule I bought in 2016 for more than $35,000. The anti rust contract is valid until 2023 and cost me $600+tx. I also came to this dealership to make them inspect the vehicle every single year (event though I live 40 min drive away and never come in the repentigny area). The car was always inspected carefully and never showed any sign of rust. Unfortunately, I forgot to come for 1 year and for this reason, they simply considered the contract void, even though I told them the vehicle is stored indoor and i suggested to make an inspection immediately... I strongly advice to stay away from this dealership. Period. M. DENIS POULAIN YOU ARE THE WORST car dealer I have ever seen.

I'm trying to reach them for literally over 2 months now, they never answer. I left 5 messages over that period and got 1 call back which I miss because I was at work. Ever since the pandemic started I am working 75+ hours per week since my work is one of the essential service, when I'm at home, I'm sleeping, so when I call you guys, you need to pick up. This is my second lease with Mazda Repentigny and it is about to finish in a few month. I'm going to buy the new 2021 CX5 when it comes out, I highly doubt I'm going to buy from that Mazda though.. How hard is it for you guys to have someone pick up and schedule appointments?

I have called this place around 6 times now, the lady who's answering the phone is really professional and nice but she can't tell me why no one is returning my call. Once i spoke with the director, he had no clue of my calls, even if left 6 messages on his voicemail, he was borderline rude and didn't seem to be interested to help me at all. And the opening hours are not correvt on google. So I'll be buying my car else where.

They charged me 700$ for an equipment that i did NOT ask for!!! On the first day, I negotiated a price and signed a brief contract. On the day i took over the car, they snuck on a fee of 700$ that I did not notice until later. I called several times and no one would ever give me a call back. The sales director, Simon Trempe, did not want to help. Pretty much said that I could be the one trying to scam them instead of owning up to the fact that they made a mistake. I am a young woman with 0 car knowledge and I did not even know what the equipment was prior to that. They probably took advantage of this weakness! Gotta admit their customer service leading up to the sale was good but once the sale is done!, its over! They don’t care about you no more! Guess That’s just the reality of this world! They were also 30 mins late for the final contract so they went over it super fast. I did notice the payment seemed to be a bit higher (10$) I pointed it out but they said it was fine and I probably remembered wrong. I trusted them to be professional and honest so I did not question further. Definitely my mistake for not being more careful. Lesson learned and not going back! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
