Keep an eye on your warrenty dates and bring it back before it s up to be inspected. You'll probably have to have them done again at that point.

Most mechanics just seem to want to replace things with new parts these days but this mechanic fixed the original parts. Above and beyond our expectations. You have become a trusted resource. I was told by a couple friends to go north to Mac Lang; I got a better overall deal and the service was great! I dealt with Brett from sales, very polite and professional. I'd recommend to any of my friends This is saying a lot since I hate going to the dealership.

B	BULLITT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a NO Star option I would have used it. This is the WORST Service Center, they sell bogus Extended Warranties, they do NOT cover anything. Staff are incompetent and rude. It took them nearly a month to replace my clutch. The 3rd one in 100.000 Km on a 2016 Jeep Patriot. The is by far the cheapest Brand on the market. Do NOT buy a Jeep, and if you must make sure you don't buy it from these clowns. Nothing but headaches, broken promises, NO Loaner vehicle except for the last 2 days. They had the parts for well over 2 weeks but no qualified service staff to install them I guess? STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU AND YOUR VEHICLE.

I knew I was going to need a new vehicle one way or another so instead of renting and dealing with all that, I went to see them about a new used vehicle and they were terrific. Dave B and Dodi helped me thru the purchase process and were very Honest and helpful. No salesman upsell, insincere sincerity or anything like that. They understood what I needed and made it easy. Everyone I met or had any interaction with there were fantastic. They're genuine caring people and I always appreciate that. Under the circumstances I was dealing with, that was priceless.
b	brianne trecartin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying the Jeep was easy and great experience, but then it came to maintenance. 2 days to get a simple oil change, 6 months to have them actually figure out there was a issue with the ball joint, brought the car back 3 times and the issue still isn’t fixed. I finally had to go to another dealer to get everything corrected. Avoid Mac lang in Sunridge!
