★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don't get good service unless you know someone. I brought my new car in for its first oil change and in the report it shows they replaced my cabin air filter (my car only has 7000km), and rotated my tires but when I got home I noticed my tires were not rotated So I have no clue what was actually done to my car.They also told me for the recall I have to get my 360 camera replaced but after talking to a different Ford dealership they are supposed to attempt a reprogram first.
I have also had multiple friends say they brought their trucks in for oil changes and told they have a power steering leak and told it is a 800 dollar fix so they brought the truck to their mechanic were told there is no leak.

From the moment I walked through the entrance door to the service reception I was met with 2 smiling happy faces and a whole lot of great customer service. It was exactly the same when I went to pick up my vehicle. I will be taking my vehicle there again, that is for sure. Great service goes a long way and you guys & gal's just won the A.A award lol.

Cam Clark is much closer to me, but they have the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be making the longer trip to do business with Integrity from now on. Very friendly and accommodating from the first phone call until the time I picked my truck up. Well done guys, I’ll see you for my next service.
