★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and care from the moment I phoned to.my appointment. The hold time was a bit much. Otherwise the lady that answered was super helpful got me in same day for my ultrasound. The receptionist at castleridge was pleasant and the technician was super! Thank you ladies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived 5 minutes before my required check in time expecting to sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes. This did not happen. I was taken back to a second to a second waiting area to fill out paperwork and had just finished that when I was taken in to receive my cortisone injection. The procedure was the most painless of the 4 injections I have received over the past 20 years.
I was back in my car heading for home at the time my appointment was booked to start.
Everyone there was courteous and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience here at Mayfair Castleridge. I get very nervous whenever a needle is involved but my doctor was fantastic and even the initial jab was almost painless, so thank you. The nurse in the room was really good, she asked me multiple times how I was doing and explained everything very well before the procedure started. I have never had a bad experience at Mayfield Castleridge and they lived up to and exceeded my expectations with this visit.

The Castleridge clinic is convenient with abundant parking. I have nothing but positive feelings and would recommend this clinic highly. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience overall, staff is really friendly and my technician - Britney was really nice and patient. She gave clear instructions and explained everything before doing an ultrasound. I had a really bad experience at some other location and was scared to get ultrasound done. Technician and staff made it really easy and I was in and out in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been having knee injections for the last few years and I am never disappointed with the professionalism and care from staff throughout the procedure. Everything seems well coordinated and the atmosphere makes me comfortable to ask questions if needed. The radiologists are personable and make sure patient is comfortable throughout the process. It is a clean venue with ample parking and easy access. Highly recommend this clinic.

Appointment was on time and was completed in the time I was told it would take which was respectful of my schedule. Receptionist asked me if I was comfortable wearing a mask which was considerate. The tech introduced herself, communicated clearly and performed the imaging competently.
