R	Rebecca Posadas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it has been a year since I went to a hair salon. I called in and ask if they accept walk-ins. They usually don't accept walk-ins as they were really busy. But the lady on the phone told me that if I come at (this hr), they would accommodate me. Luckily, I came on time. I did not wait for a long time. My hair was long and thick. Thank you, Chihiro for giving me a good haircut! I would definitely comeback. Good service and friendly staff! ??

During the bike ride to the salon, I got in a bike accident and shredded up the skin on my elbow. Once I got there, one of the hairdressers was kind enough to bring out the first aid kit, clean up my wound, apply polysporin, and put on some gauze. It was so nice! I felt taken care of, and the service and friendliness was above and beyond. The cut was great - I had Azumi (not sure of spelling or if I’m remembering correctly), and he gave me a great cut, was patient with me, and communicative. Overall very happy!

Nevertheless, my hairstylist Mayo was super detail oriented and discussed with me what would look good on me (how much layering and bang styling). At the very end, she taught me how to style my bangs with a flat iron and with blow-drying. The service and skill were amazing!! Will come back to see Mayo again!

I was on a bit of a budget, so I told them ahead of time that this was my budget but I still want to leave a nice tip, and they were super friendly and accommodating with my request! Asami was great. Super nice, polite and respectful and she didn’t mind that I like getting things done without talking too much. I had a blonde balayage done over my previous balayage that has since grown out, and she did an amazing job. I know they specialize in Asian hair but she knew exactly what she was doing! She even made sure not to put fresh bleach on my ends which were pretty dead already. While I was waiting with foil in my hair she offered me a juice box which was so cute. The head massage while rinsing was wonderful. She blow dried and curled my hair for no extra charge too! I’ll always come back here, it is my new go-to. Thanks so much guys!

Mine needed cutting and lots of thinning but it took only 30mins and Mayo did an amazing job. I showed her a picture and she got me exactly what I wanted, even better. They’re friendly and very easy to talk to. Also I think you’d need to call in advance to book an appointment as they’re pretty busy.

I have been trying so many korean and Japanese hair salon around the area but this one is one of the best compared to the price, the hype and customer service. As they take cash only so the price is cheaper than others hair salon but the salon is nice, clean and friendly staff. It might be the most affordable Japanese hair salon i have ever been to. My hairdresser *Chihiko have done a great job for my hair even she doesn’t speak English well but I am super satisfied with her style and skills. All my dead end was trim and cut carefully, leaving my hair so soft and nice. I was late but they are so welcoming and friendly to give me advice and everything. Plus, the tip here is go straight to the hairdresser you can tip him/her personally. Love love it!
