★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the hair (btw, I got box/single braids) the hairstylists names were Hana and Titi ,they were really kind and sweet and the procedure was NOT painful at all. Thank you Hana and Titi !!!! I deeply recommend this place they are also REALLY professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place online and thank God I did! Great price for what she had to do to my daughter's hair. She was very helpful with tips and tricks on how to manage it. It was a bit of when you first walk in because on the right side of turns out it is the barber for men and the room on your left is for the ladies. I think it's cash only, though. And when you call, they answer just with a Hello so I was a bit confused at first but I'd definitely recommend calling and asking for Titi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Black Lion for the first time yesterday and had my hair done by Titi! I got a wash, cut, and silk press. I've been struggling with taking care of my natural hair since I did my own big chop in May 2020, but Titi literally gave me my confidence back. She was gentle and methodical in combing my hair out and blow drying it, and cut my hair with a high level of expertise and strong attention to detail. Lastly, I think the pricing here is beyond reasonable for the outcome you'll receive. As long as I live in the city, I'll be headed back to Titi's chair!
For additional context: My hair is a mix of 4A/4B, fine strands (vs. coarse), and super thick. There's a lot of it.
