★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in this morning to get my armpits waxed. What a horrible job she did! I have stubbles that I did not see at the time because my arms were so red. She plucked badly and pinched my skin . Hours after, and the burning is still there (that never happens with me). She charged me $23 which is more than I usually pay; andfor a horrible job. Stay away!!you're better off shaving at home. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to so many places but was never treated this BAD as a first time customer. I blame myself for not looking for reviews before. I made an appointment the day before then showed up but Noone was onside, I started to say "hello, is anyone here" then Lina the owner cane from outside and gave me a big attitude and say if I don't see anyone I have to sit and wait. Really? This is how you treat the customers. She went on and on and treated me like a little girl. I would never ever recommend this place. Plese make sure you always share your experience with businesses here so we all know where NOT to go!! Shame on them. When I said she should not give me an attitude and clearly she doesn't know how to trear ppl she said I am done for today and said leave. Really? She was a joke!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I showed exactly to Ms Lina what the haircut should look like, she did understand but followed her own directions which did not make me happy at all. I ended up with uneven cut and It seems actually she doesn't know how to do haircut and stick with her own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall terrible experience at hair by Lina on Bloor street! Where do I start... She's very rough... I was not relaxed at all ! Went there and showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted, which was a ashy blonde balayage/ombre... To leave with orange hair... I can't even describe what she did but when I left, I was crying... Then she "trimmed" my hair which she actually took off inches of hair, the haircut was super choppy and uneven, it seemed like there was no technique in how she cut hair at all (she cut my hair in like 4 sections). At the end of the day don't waste your money going to this "salon". You'll be $150 richer and not look like a carrot top. I wish I would have read the reviews before going there!

It's right around the corner from me, so I'll definitely be going back.

Yesterday she colored my hair and then indulged my desire to have my hair in braids... all day today I was receiving compliments on how beautifully it was done!!! Absolutely covered all of my grey and silver hair, Thank you Lina, you again allowed me to leave feeling very gorgeous and confident as always ... can't wait to come back for my next new look that you create for me !!!!
