K	Kevin Cheung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at a King Fu tea, had the Grapefruit Green Tea w/ Agar Bubbles and the wife had the Pearl Latte w/ Brown Sugar. Both were very nice. The grapefruit green tea even had pulp in it, so it didn't seem like it was just a syrup, but juice. Would definitely come back again! Ran out of eco-bags for their promo, but their $9.99 promo for any 2 drinks is still happening, so all good! ?

They are currently doing some soft opening promo like $3.99 for certain drinks and the rest of the drinks are 15% off the menu! Kung Fu tea focus on the quality of tea flavour which I love! K	Kerry Wah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened bbt shop on Bloor. It's practically in koreatown which is a bonus because those who know me, know that I like to eat there. A short stroll got me to Kungfu tea, and I thought I would try the rose milk tea with agar jelly, aloe vera, and no honey as I always find the tea to be sweet already. But those who like their tea sweeter, honey is a great natural sweetener. I also love the agar jelly. It's yummy in any iced tea. The tea shop was pretty busy since it's the new kid in town. The cashier did a good job asking all the questions about what I wanted in my tea. But I thought she looked a bit stressed...rightly so as she had to work through the line. It takes special skills to smile sweetly through the crowds. Lol. The decor of the shop is very cute and photogenic. But small. Given the popularity of bbt shops these days, it would be wise to invest in a bigger space. Definitely going back though because I do like their drinks.
C	Chuan Chee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this new location (in Koreatown area) on their grand opening on 2019-09-06. They gave out 100 Pearl Latte with Brown Sugar (regular size) teas for free. It was delicious. There is seating for about 20 customers (including some counter seating near the back). The place is on the small side but what do you expect in the expensive downtown area. They also serve bubble waffles. The staff is courteous and fast. I also met their 2 owners and marketing person. They have free WiFi.

That seems silly. The girl serving us told us the servers would get in trouble from head office if they allowed us the option. I don’t know if she was lying but if that’s true I think head office shouldn’t come down on their workers for something that a customer wants. That seems like bad customer service as well as terrible corporate culture.
