I asked for regular sugar and was surprised that the sweetness was so settled. I really recommend this place without a doubt if you are in this area.

β β β β β two sales representatives need to work on their professionalism especially regarding customer serviceβ¦ iβm not a demanding customer but wanted to hear a few words from them when my drink is ready. Just watching one of them making my coffee in an unhygienic and unacceptable way while waiting was also awful too. Not to mention the taste of coffee was bad. I do not recommend this place.

β β β β β Price: can get a regular for $6-7. Fairly priced
My experience: came here a couple of times and service is always very good. Servers are patient & helpful in deciding a flavour. They have so many unique flavours it can be hard to choose. I love the desserts too. They have unique macaron flavours like Thai milk tea and yummy Philippine cookies. I'd come back for more BBT and dine-in. They also sell bts keychains and some fresh Canadian Maple syrup which is cool. Highly recommend ?

β β β β β For those of you who are confused, this boba counter is located inside of Kenzo Ramen. Previous reviews may sway you to believe that the drinks and service here are pretty good or even special, but itβs really nothing special. You can expect drinks that are just a notch better than any generic no-name boba, but a little expensive. I got a large-size watery tasting drink for a bit under $7.50 The quality of taste is not up to par with any of the big boba chains, so donβt expect that from this place. Not horrible, but mediocre for the price (more expensive than your average large size cup). However the pearls are cooked decently. Service is adequate. They were not rude but were not particularly friendly either. Itβs okay, and you can consider trying it yourself.

β β β β β As a bubble tea barista, it's quite surprising when I saw them just put everything in the cup, not using the shaker to shake the tea. But overall, tea is very refreshing. Ordered 50% sugar but in my opinion, it's still very sweet.

β β β β β I got the taro milk tea and ordered from Door Dash (transferred it to my own cup).
It was still very sweet considering I ordered 25% sweet so I canβt imagine what normal wouldβve been. The bobas were standard, nothing special. The sizes are a bit inconsistent and kept getting lodged in the straw.
Overall, I enjoyed it and would consider ordering again!
