★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never shop there. Went today about 15 minutes before closing. I am pricing out equipment as I am a trainer and looking to set up a gym. The lady was so rude. Made my daughter feel uncomfortable as she was staring us down.
Lost money for them! And I will be sure to pass this on to my gym owner friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the biggest rip off! First the owner buys all their equipment at fitness depot in ancaster and then drastically increase the price. A perfect example I bought $2000 of rejo mats to find out that I could of gotten these mats in ancaster at the fitness depot for less then half the price! That means the owner ripped me off and charged well over twice the price she paid for the mats. I know I let myself get suckered by this sleezy business owner and that is partly my fault but I feel that everyone needs to know how this store operates and how much of a rip off they are! I Will never be going back, save your money and go to fitness depot in ancaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its taken 5 days to get a hold of someone to come look at our stationary bike we purchased less than a year ago and paid over $800. Still no one has called me back and I have been calling everyday. Never shopping here again,quick to make a sale and take your money but once you need them for service nowhere to be found

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off an elliptical trainer 2 years ago and I have not heard from them since! I did not receive an assessment for my piece of equipment or received any money from them for the sale. Over the past 6 weeks or so, I have contacted them several times and have spoken to the manager who said that she would look into this matter and get back to me. I have called them multiple times and have left voice mail messages for them and have not received a call back. I am extremely disappointed.
