They are polite and professional. Even though my ordered parts were delayed Sim and his team were able to get all the work done for me ahead of schedule. Sim was responsive, professional and honest with us. He provided us with two options in our initial quote, keeping our costs down as much as he could. The work that was completed on our SUV was amazing. It looks brand new. His team even executed some added scope and still finished in the same time frame. We are super impressed with the quality of work and would recommend ProColor for any autobody repairs.

As I have a unique coloured paint on me vehicle, With great disappointment, I was told by my dealership that they could not match my paint colour. I shopped around and Sim assured me he would match the colour with the technique he uses for colour matching. Sim arranged for my rental vehicle to be brought to his business when I dropped off my vehicle and also to have the rental picked up. He provided me with a drop off and pick up time for my vehicle. He went over everything that would need to do to fix my vehicle while meeting the time line. Best of all my car was fantastic. All repairs Sim promised were complete with a perfect colour match to my paint. It looked like there was never any damage. The cost of the repairs were extremely reasonable and the service exceptional. I would return to ProColor if needed in the future and recommend Sim’s business to friends and family. Thank you Sim and your Team members.

Jazmin answered all the questions I had, and was able to get me in quickly for repairs as they had a cancellation. Jazmin was so patient and professional with me when I got a little overwhelmed with the whole repair process before we even started, and took the time to explain what everyone’s (mine, theirs and the insurance company’s) roles and responsibilities were from start to finish as I was unsure how the whole process worked. My car was ready within their estimated time frame and they were able to accommodate my and my boyfriend’s schedule when it came to picking up my car as I had declined a rental. Thank you so much, Jazmin, SIM and the staff at Procolor! I felt very taken care of, and happy to have my car back on the road!

They seamlessly had a rental car made available to me when dropping off my car. They kept me updated on the status of my car often and were very professional.
