★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam artists that stole my winter on rim wheels and replaced them with rusted old ones that don't fit on my car anymore. When I came to talk about it, they completely refused that it they could ever mix up their tires. And threw the rusted rims they gave me in the garbage and charged me 140 dollars to replace my tires on my current rims. Rude, disrespectful thieves. I'm completely disgusted by the way this place does business. Protect your belongings and don't come here.

Very friendly people.. Ken is very reasonable with prices. He fixed the rad in our van in a reasonable time frame & at a reasonable price that included labor. Also got 2 used tires at an affordable & awesome price.
I would recommend this place to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at any cost, dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. My car broke down, towed it to their shop and was desperate to get the car fixed. After service, they refused to provide a bill for the car service ( labor cost and spare parts) and sold me a spare part at almost double the price. They-of course- insisted to take cash only. When I checked with a certified autoparts shop, I realised the overpricing they did. Will never deal with them again, please avoid them unless you want to be ripped off. Don't fall for the positive reviews you may come across!!

I met with the manager Jetmir and later day his Brother and Dad they are amazing guys. And I bought my first car from them because I felt they care for their customer and understanding.

Ken Auto provided me with emergency repair services, when they already knew that my situation was urgent and other stores were closed and I had no other choice. Ken Auto fixed the car's problem in time for me and the bill was honest and reasonable. Thank you Ken Auto.
