I am linked to Travelance professionally since a couple of years now. Always had full support, attention and periodic product trainings to keep updated with any changes brought by the company. Very transparent policy wording and like every insurance company, they abide by it. Recently had a very satisfying experience with Nichole,when I called for some help for my client who's father passed away a day before reaching Canada. She guided me through the process and assured me that all the premium will be refunded and also did the date change for the spouse without charging any admin fee. I was very thankful to her for not even stressing me out about any medical proofs required as the family is already going through such a loss . I am PROUD to be associated with Travelance who stands by their insureds & agents in tough times! Thank you!

They do a quick job with empathy and understanding. Travel Insurance is best with them with agile agents like Mr. Cherian Varghese and quick processing officials like Nichole Jucsch. Even refunds come in lumpsome quick and handy in times of COVID. Congrats to Team Travelance....

I bought Visitors to Canada policy for my father. He had some health issues and to diagnose doctor advised couple of medical tests, and they were approved by their claims department. Still Diagnosis was on and doctor advised one more test which these guys denied and advised me to send my father's passport to start making return arrangements. I advised their advisor to speak to to his supervisor, but he did not want to speak. Worst experience with them. Will not recommend to buy insurance with them. -------------------------------------- Update: What a great response. Glad to hear you are happy with your services atleast. Does not matter if a customer is happy or not. You or your underwriting or emergency team even does not allow to talk to a supervisor or senior if a customer wants to talk because of your contractual obligation. You guys are good until you don't get money from customer. As soon as you have customer's money and they need your help in difficult times, there is no help.

I have had nothing short of an amazing experience with Travelance, in particular I would like to give a big THANK YOU to Nichole Jucksch who helped us through the entire term of our policy. My family and I had to have travel insurance for about 7 months while I sorted out some issues with my status. Every month around 10 days before expiry, I would get an email (and I'm sure it was hand-typed, didn't seem like an "auto-response" type thing) from Nichole directly asking if we'd like to extend our policy. She is a very friendly and helpful person and if I ever need insurance again, I would definitely go with Travelance.

Extremely frustrating to navigate through the claim process. Looks like all the effort was made to make the application as simple as possible but when it comes to file a claim, every little details matter and you deal with real rude people who doesn't care about your situation. It seems like the primary goal is to deny the claim for whatever silly reason they can invent. Be careful and save all receipts and write down all details like date of arrival, date of seeing doctor and take permission from them before seeing any doctor.

They rip off, actually I should say that all insurance companies rip off. I bought my dad's travel insurance and I found that paying hospitals in installments is way cheaper than paying them thousands and then getting the claim rejected.

I have been paying to this company since 4 year for emergency insurance coverage for My Mom and Dad as they are in Canada on super visa . I always buy insurance atleast 10 days before it get expired. There is no gap for even one day but the time my father got sick and we had to took him to the hospital they refused the claim said, β€œ he had symptoms before prior to the start date of new policy’ . But question if there is no gap for even one day how come they can refuse the claim ?? Should I let my father to suffer more at home or I made mistakes that why I took him to the hospital on the day new policy started . I have paid to this company more that 10,000 k still they don’t want to pay for my claim . Please please be careful before you pay to any insurance company. I have attached the proof as well . Please advise me what should I do ?
