After one year with another company which insured my home, my motorcycle and car, I felt as if, given my record of claims-none for either vehicle or the house-I deserved a better deal than I was getting. Even more so as I was insuring everything with them. So I scoured the internet and eventually arrived a a site with which I got in contact with and soon I was talking to Ryan Pellicciota to discuss my details. At the time, I had exceeded the annual renewal date and the company would not release me from the contract without imposing a stiff penalty which was so expensive that there would be no savings overall. So Ryan agreed to contact me in a timely manner prior to the next annual renewal, which he did right on cue only days before I was going to contact him. We went through my details again and in short order he put together a package which was going to save me a substantial amount per year and to which I then committed to going with Nacora. Subsequently, I sent him the information he needed, and then he sent me all the papers which needed my perusal and digital signatures. Everything fell into place right on cue and I had the new policies in place in a timely manner. A footnote to the above: I was looking at my monthly bank statements a few weeks ago only to realize that I hadn't cancelled my policy with the former company and all of a sudden my new savings did not look as good given that I was now paying for two policies while only using the new policy for the past few months. In a panic, I contacted Ryan to explain that I hadn't paid enough attention to my banking and he then sent me a policy cancellation form that I signed and submitted to him. He then submitted that to my former company and explained what had transpired, and within 2 weeks had gotten a committment from them that all monies would be fully returned to me. Of course, you can imagine the relief I felt, let alone the appreciation for his help. I'm not inclined to paying lipservice for its own sake, but given my service and quick responses to any questions I've had, I can highly recommend his service and Nacora as a company.

Had a great experience with Nacora. I dealt with Ryan. He made the process very easy and got me a cheaper rate. I didn't want to participate in the driving app that monitors your driving behavior at first, but Ryan explained it to me in such a good way that made sense. Best decision I ever made to save 20%

I ended up switching to Nacora in 2019 & I have received nothing but wonderful service from Ryan Pellicciotta. On top of saving me hundreds of dollars, he has proven that he is available to his clients during all hours of the day. It is very refreshing to be able to connect with your insurance broker after 5pm or on a weekend if you have a request that is time sensitive like a claim, or even a simple question. Highly recommend.
