I went through a very amicable separation from my spouse, and we had a complete separation agreement that we just wanted notarized and legally binding. It took her over a year to complete, while she sporadically asked for information that was completely unnecessary for our agreement. She was lazy, and seemed only interested in working on the agreement in order to burn through the retainer, plus an additional $500. For a "collaborative" lawyer, she definitely added much more stress and animosity between my former spouse and I with her complete lack of urgency and absurd requests. I realize lawyers are snakes by nature, but she's also lazy and incompetent.

This is the speedy kind of service one can expect from Bingham Law... What a very productive and useful response now that over a year has passed since that review was written.
Also, the only reason our information had to be "updated" was because YOU took so long preparing the draft! If it had been done in a timely matter, all the information provided would have been relevant. Additionally, there was no court involvement at the time or since, so even your self-serving reply is BS.
RE-EDITED BECAUSE SHE IS PUSHING FAKE REVIEWS:
I've noticed that a few people have actually given positive reviews and just wanted to point out that the majority say that they "refer clients" to Bingham Law... Meaning that they aren't clients themselves, but are actually just colleagues of Kathleen. Expect this type of greasy conduct if you make the mistake of procuring her "services".
