★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She remembered me even after 15+ yrs. I seen her in the elevator and remembered me. You represented me in family court yrs ago and ROCK it! Then guided me in filling out docts for another family court situation and with that guidance I ROCKED! Great lady and lawyer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms. Bertolo was my family lawyer for almost ten years. I recently tried to make an appointment with her and had great issues which caused me increable heart ache and major anxiety. I tried for a couple of days to make an appointment but played phone tag until I reached the secretary who spoke to me rudely saying she "didn't have time to talk" and would call me back in 15min....which was over an hour later, so I could not be reached...the next business day I called again to make an appointment and when I mentioned I had been trying for a few days to make an appointment the secretary hung up on me. I tried to call back all morning but the secretary would not pick up. I had my husband call to make my appointment and the secretary hung up on him. He called back and very politely asked to make an appointment again and the secretary told him they were too busy and that I should find another lawyer.
Wow! Im left with 10 years of paperwork and meetings and bonding with this lawyer to her throwing me to the dump and having to start all over, along with the horrible feelings after being hung up on so many times and treated like garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would you like to billed for someone to prepare your bill? Would you like a lawyer to give everything away to the other side? Would you like a lawyer to forfeit negotiations because they are to weak to fight? If so, you have definitely come to the right place. These are just a few of a member of my families negative experiences with this firm over the course of 7 years. There are however, local lawyers in this town that do fight for clients....as they should for the silly hourly rates charged. The only win that happened, was when she went to court for herself. Honestly, pass this firm up if you need compassion for what you are going through.

We met her in person on several occasions and each time she was kind, attentive, very professional and answered all and any questions kindly and succinctly. She genuinely cares not only about the law, but especially about her clients.
We spent extended periods of time on the phone and in person with Ms. Bertolo in order for her to fully prepare us for the trial. We are most grateful to her and her team and would highly recommend Ms.Bertolo and her expertise.
