★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was asked to be Executrix for a friend of mine who lived in Grimsby. I agreed, although I knew it would be a difficult task since I lived in Manitoba. She had her will done by Ross McBride, and when I went to her funeral, I was assigned to the Estate Department where I met Jennifer Stebbing and her assistant, Carrie Marr. Throughout the process of settling this estate, I was very pleased with the help they provided when I needed it. They were both very professional in their communications, helped me with any concerns, and we were able to complete the estate in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend Jennifer and Carrie as your Estate Team.

They were amazing helpful and treated me like person and not just a settlement and in the end they got me what I needed with a fair lawyer fee helping me through a rough time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grateful for working with the very intelligent, humble and professional Jennifer Stebbing in a complicated estate matter that required legal aptitude strong enough to stand up against a bullying firm. In a world where everyone claims they are "Estate lawyers", Jennifer is the real deal. She did not waste time and cut straight to the facts. Honest, hard working and tenacious as they get! She made sure communications were fair and caught important voucher details that forced the opposing firm to advise Trustees properly the second time around. It was a blessing to reach a positive outcome which would have never been possible without her empathetic leadership during our defence!

Mark is an amazing and compassionate lawyer who really knows his stuff. Mark guided me through the entire process of dealing with my insurance company and was transparent and doesn't give false expectations. If you are looking for a fairy tale, you won't get one with him. Rebbecca Philips worked with him as well on my case and they were both very compassionate and hard working. They worked tirelessly on my file from beginning until the very end(which was very recent). I would highly recommend Mark and Ross & McBride. They are a wonderful place to deal with and the whole staff was very friendly. I have referred a couple people to him already and would always recommend him to anyone!!
