★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are really helpful, I am a single mom and sometimes it's hard to make ends meet. They always provide me with tons of healthy food along with produce, like meets cheese ect.. it's almost like a grocery store. Moreover they always provide me with sanitary products for females, diapers for my son and formula for my son along with tons of baby food. The staff are really caring and extremely helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attempted to call Good Shepherd several times this morning to donate clothing and good household items. the receptionist picked up and asked can you hold please. I said yes, 10 mins later she didn't come back. Then i tried a couple more times, a recording came on saying, "Thank you for your patience, someone will be with you shortly". I would like to understand what their definition of shortly means?" I will go elsewhere to do my monetary and other donations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ can't complain about free food if I need it and can't afford it!! they have a small selection but it holds up for a good while. I like the holiday hampers and customized food selection becuase its non-profit and donations. so it's a great thing how companies could come together to contribute and support a person in my situation.
