Not cheap by any means but if you're looking for educational stuff to keep the kiddies entertained this is a good place to go. Lot's of little stuff too; stocking stuffers and the like. Wish they had these kind of toys when I was a kid. Nice place to daydream and maybe pick up a little handmade plastic animal for that special someone. Offers gift wrapping at no charge which is awesome.

I was there today, June 2021 & quickly became frustrated with barely anything priced. If an item had no price I looked at the same item behind or beside it & still no price. I had to keep asking staff to find the price for me & they did. I felt it was a big nuisance me needing to ask them every five minutes. They all complied & when I asked why barely anything was priced staff blamed it on management citing "that's the way they want it" so there you have it. I felt like walking out of that store countless times today. When I am on a toy shopping adventure for my niece & her birthday party guests I tend to stock pile. Just give me a break & stop with your frustrating nonsense. I'd rather shop at your other stores than here. And btw have your "staff who are spying on customers" not make it so obvious. I didn't appreciate your female employee breathing down my neck. I was there to drop some serious coin. And another thing when you have a 70% off clearance sale please give us something good & not your toys we have never heard of, toys that do not sell. Tip: If any toy bought from Mastermind breaks return it and get the same brand new toy or a substitute at the same value. Also your bill isn't required. Been there done that. It's their policy ~ always has been their policy ~ it doesn't advertise it for obvious reasons.

M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend. Absolutely horrible service. Waited for 25 min for curb side pickup at which point we had to physically go into the store to pick up our item. They also don’t answer the phone and when they do, hang up on you. Unacceptable.

We stood there while the attendant stared at me without saying anything while continuing to wrap a present. After 15 mins of ignoring me, I went to the other side and waited at the other register. They ignored me again, and when a Caucasian customer walked up to ask a question, they immediately helped ring them up. My toddler was thankfully very patient and didn’t complain about the long wait, but it was incredibly disrespectful. Will never shop here again.

She was annoyed that I wanna pay in 2 separate payments and threw the receipt at me . Literally. Well, lucky I was there by myself, if I were there with kids, I wouldn’t want my future kids to be at that unwelcoming store. I
T	Toronto Family Reviews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on the weekend and had a fantastic experience! My children and I were greeted at the door by a very friendly staff member that noticed we were playing with the water table set up outside the store. He then pointed in the direction of the water table and the other products that were available to purchase for water play. The store is very well organised with a firefighter Freddy Lego model for customers to take photos with. Prices are clearly marked and the staff are very friendly and helped us scan items when we were unsure of the price. Thank you Mastermind toys for a wonderful experience! We will be returning in a few weeks to purchase the water table for our daughter's birthday!
