★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable staff. GW has a knack for hiring folks who are good at sharing their interests, skills and opinions on the hobby, and this location is no different. Their close proximity to Hairy Tarantula makes their prices seem a little on the steep side for many products, as third-party retailers like HT can undercut prices where GW stores will not. I'm sure it will be a wonderful spot to congregate and meet new players once the universe allows us to mingle again.

We were met with friendly and expert customer service from Brant and managed to get a head start on her first army. Having casually collected eons ago, everything today is new to me again and it was good to re-learn from the experience being there. I highly recommend this location and would definitely drop by in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gold standard for customer service. The employees will always do their best to make you feel at home. They are knowledgeable, polite, professional and incredibly friendly. I pick up online orders at the store because it is always a pleasure stopping by. I have been shopping here for two years and have never had an issue once.
Stores like this are becoming a rarity, it's a privilege to be able to shop at such a well run and staffed Games Workshop. Thank you employees for everything you do, your great service does not go unnoticed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although you can get discounted prices for miniatures at other locations, I still go to Games Workshop most of the time because of their great customer service! I'm still a beginner to the hobby, and their staff (shout-out to Paolo by the way) are always ready, willing, and actually enthusiastic to answer my questions! Not to mention that they have promotions such as a monthly collectible coin and free monthly miniature, as well as a buy 9 get 1 free paint sale that makes buying my hobby needs there worth it. 5/5 would come again (especially since I have my purchases delivered to their shop haha)!
