I bought three Samsung TVs and they delivered and installed them perfectly AND took away and recycled the old components...all at very competitive prices.

I highly recommend them. Well that was then. 2 months later, TV has the same problem. Went back to them and they were not very helpful. I spent almost $300 the first time, now they can't tell me if the 3 month guarantee will cover another repair. I bought a new TV. Disappointing.

Now he tells me NO warranty on repair. The back light again, I thought all the led strips were replaced as he e told me. Now I was told it's another issue another $200 to fix another issue. Told me "what you expect, it's a cheap TV model" I told him, you should have told me that from the beginning. NOT A HONEST MAN ! NOT Recommend IT ! Dishonest Services!!!! Edit error Noticed 2 Star Corrected 1 Star!
