She has a lovely personality as well as being a very thorough optometrist.All the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. When they carry out the various eye tests, they are very patient and explain what they are doing.

He explains everything about my eye health and all the procedures he conducts in a clear and patient manner. My appointment was not rushed, even if I was the last patient of the day before the weekend. His admin staff are very helpful and kind and helped me order contact lenses without pressuring to purchase anything extra. The appointment booking system is organized and the office follows up to confirm all appointments. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Dr Nhan for all eye care needs including children. He made each visit very comfortable and patiently answered all of our questions. Office is clean and you see the staff sterilizing everything. Makes you really feel safe to get an eye exam during COVID. They also email you your prescription so you do not have to worry about losing it. That is just an extra bonus. Thank you Dr. Nhan for helping me see again. Definitely will be going back and bring my family.

It was my first time and he made me so comfortable I honestly really enjoyed the exam. I was referred here and will definitely be back every year. I HIGHLY recommend this office as not only are the Dr's amazing but so is the front desk staff, who not only were super friendly but made me feel so welcomed. If I could give more stars I would.

They just cancelled the appointment that I booked two weeks ago and send an email to me that appointment canceled with no explanation and no other time suggestion. When I asked for explanation Ms. Shannon said she called me and left me a massage that they do not have my OHIP no so they decided for cancellation. While I did not received any call from them and nor they had any phone of mine. They also said my original appointment has been booked by another patient. When office behaviour is very bad, dr professionally is in shadow
D	Dhyne Biton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! Dr. Nhan was very thorough in the examination and helped me a lot, including with my dry eyes. I used to have severe dry eyes. Dr. Nhan assists me with dry eye treatment. My eyes are feeling so much better right now. This treatment helps me a lot as I don't feel any dryness right now. Plus, I'm still continuing with the dry eye drops to help my eyes retain moisture. If you have severe dry eyes like me, I dare you to try this treatment too, and you won't regret it.
