Marble Slab Creamery

The worse branch of Marble slab in Skyview. My daughter bought rocky road milk shake and it taste off. I called the store and they said it that their walnuts is new. Then my daughter told me that the lady that was working there is not wearing gloves and with nail polish. The guy that make the milk shakes is not wearing gloves too. The lid of the cup fell in the floor but he still use it to our order. So discusting.! I asked them I will return it and give me the refund. Then the guy is giving my dautgher cash and with out tax. So my daughter said, I paid for the tax and it should be refunded in her card. The guy doesn’t know what to do. We asked for reciept so we can send feedback but they said they throw all the receipt! How ridiculous is that? We ask for email and he said the owner doesn’t have email but he gave us his number. We will Not going to buy on this location again. This branch should be visited by AHS for food safety practices???

Was super excited to try this place! So we ordered two ice creams with mix ins.. we got a call after 10 minutes of our order to be told they didn’t have the flavours we wanted. We took another glance at the menu offered and after about 5 minutes and then saying no to about 8 other flavours that they said they had but then didn’t, we finally came to a agreement. We then got our order, to our surprise it wasn’t made the way we ordered.. we were missing our mix-ins in both the ice creams.. mind you we already paid for this order ahead of time.. the half litre also only had one flavour not the two we ordered. So after seeing that 21 dollars had just bought us only ice cream alone, and after the denial of so many offered flavours and time wasted trying to figure out what one’s they actually had haha like i was recreating their own menu lol, I decided to call them and see what happened. Wow! Haha wow! All i can say is that.. I was made to explain the whole situation from start to end to three different people.. then passed back to the first person.. almost 9 minutes of just explaining it to I think their whole team ti grasp what had happened.. it was super comical haha, then it sadly took a turn when the manager decided to out right lie to me and my wife and tell us he watched them out the mix ins in… I said we would take pictures and send them, they continued to waste time by saying he saw it.. I mean he was only focused on that one issue alone as well. Not the ten other ride things they displayed.. I said that’s fine keep the tip…. Haha So after being the bigger person letting it go, they decided to harass me and call my cell phone over and over again… about 6 times before they stopped.. all while trying to enjoy the 21 dollar bucket of melted solo ice cream like jeez hey haha already let me eat the mistake haha I said keep the money and don’t worry already there guys!! Haha Anyways thought I’d hit y’all up with a comical play by play of a place you a should never go to! Honestly everyone, unless there is another heat wave soon.. avoid this place.. service is rude, Food quality poor Staff is rude And for a place that serves ice cream.. be quick guys it melts haha this place is a big two thumbs down ????

I never leave reviews but this place is ridiculous. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Tried to call in to order an ice cream cake and got hung up on FOUR times. My fault for even trying that many times. Went to the marble slab on mcleod trail instead. They had no problems taking my order and made my ice cream cake fresh. Go there instead!! The 5 star reviews must be fake. Update- unless your phone number is wrong on google, it is certainly your marble slab location. Don’t worry; I won’t ever give you my business ever again anyways.

I've never been to marble slab before, had to try when it opened. Absolutely delicious!! In the beginning everyone was new and still figuring out the ice cream and milkshake combinations, you'd see them take photos of the rolled ice cream to promote and looking up recipes. It was great seeing how they got more comfortable and confident in their creations! A really clean friendly place, with yummy rich ice cream

Best ice cream EVER! Like literally...just entering the shop, and I could tell I was in for a treat. Very kind people, and the best part is, you can taste any ice cream before actually buying it!!

-5 stars for sure, worst ice cream I've ever had.... No variety what so ever. Once I ordered ski from this place and i ordered Cheesecake ice cream with raspberries and strawberries and they had mold on them and i also ordered a waffle bowl from them which I didn't recieve and when I called to ask if i can come in to get it they started to argue with me and asked me to pay more if i wanted it... so ABSURD!!!!

I never leave reviews. But I want to make sure people are aware that this place is no healthy at all. Their waffle cone was super old the white chocolate on it tasted like paper. The ice creams were really bad all they tasted was like cream and nothing else. I could feel that I was going to get sick and I did got food poisoning me and my partner. For the price of this ice cream at least they should have fresh products! Never again.

I wish I could have give 0 star. I bought raspberry cheese cake. On the cake price was mentioned $32.99 but when cashier rang through he charged me $35.99. When I mentioned him about the price he told me that price is gone up and it is what it is. As per consumer policy business needs to charge cusyomer what price printed on item. I will never visit this place.i will never recommend this place.please do not visit this place.
