Even though vehlcles were hard to come by, Maitland Ford Lincoln accessed their AutoIQ database and we found just what we wanted - in Hamilton. Our salesman, Peter Verdelli, was instrumental in putting the purchase together and getting our new Escape Hybrid to Sault Ste. Marie in just a few days! Amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Sales Rep was Peter Verdelli. Peter is a very impressionable person, and we would deal with Peter again.
There were a few things involved in the purchase of our 2018 SUV that we did not appreciate. We were scheduled to pick up our vehicle on Thursday of the week we purchased it (Monday). We arranged for our Insurance to be changed from our old vehicle to our new purchase. Peter called us stating that after the Safety Check there was a part that had to be changed and our pickup date would be delayed until Tuesday of the following week. (due to parts delivery delay) So we had to change our Insurance back to our old vehicle and have it reinstated for the new pickup date. We picked up the new vehicle on Tuesday and later found that the ownership was not given to us by Josh, so we had to return to SSM (we live on St. Joseph Island) to get the correct documents. Josh Pringle had us sign/initial the same documents that we had already signed the previous week. In the meantime we had discovered that there was a chip in the windscreen and had to return again to SSM (apple auto glass) to have the chip repaired. We are also missing the rear compartment roll cover and the rear seat floor mats were missing as well. We called and left a message with Peter and have not heard back yet.
Non of these things are major complaints, but just bothersome annoyances over things that should have been checked and taken care of.
Would we deal with Maitland Ford /Lincoln again, yes we would...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service. I was on my second day of a 14 days business trip. I'm on the move everyday, never sleeping in the same town twice. My tailgate didn't want to open. Which was a big deal since I had a lot of work material under the tonneau cover. So, I showed there after 4 pm and explained my situation. Very nice people. They took care of the situation right away. 30 minutes later everything was fixed. So great of them. All this good service without having an appointment and for more than a reasonable price. Thanks so much again
