May 2022: Updating nearly a year after my initial review to include the Parts Department AND Sales since we've now had dealings with them: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for each of them as well! Parts - in conjunction with both Service and Sales, and also whenever we've needed something for our vehicle. Sales - for making our first-ever brand new vehicle purchase a positive experience. Although it's still on order while supply catches up to demand (plus we were picky about the model specs and colours, so...). Just a heads up, don't expect to walk in and drive away with anything the same day there these days unless you're the luckiest person in the world and they just happen to have something for sale seconds before you entered the showroom.

We spoke with several sales personnel at World Cars , none available but took our name & # to call when one comes in . Did this on 3 separate occasions over a 3 month period . No one ever calls. Drove by today - guess what .There is a Pallisade in the lot . Sorry we can’t let you test drive it , sold it this morning . Worst customer service ever . Obviously they don’t need our business . Now we will not buy Hyundai .
