Initially, we had more than sufficient time to close our deal, but due to some last minute unforeseen changes, all the planning went out the door. They were prompt to address our questions or concerns and was also able to help accommodate our situation for remote signing. We also received the updated title certificate a month after our completion to ensure that the previous owner’s mortgage was removed properly on the title. Very pleased with the service provided!
