★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had to contact the notary several times to prepare documents when I purchased a property back in late January. Since then, I am still waiting for discharge documents, which he said would be provided around 3 months after possession date. I still have not received them and have followed up 3 times with no replies. I've also been contacted by my strata for missing move-in fees which was due back in January/February. After following up with my property manager, I was advised that the notary was away on vacation and the fee was provided to him, but not paid until April/May.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had sold our condo and bought a house within a 1 month period and really needed a notary due to the rushed deals. With my usual notary being on vacation and not being able to assist us, my realtor got me in contact with Stephen.
It was a stressful and confusing situation for us being first time sellers and 2nd time buyers and I'm glad that my usual notary was on vacation because we wouldn't have come into contact with Stephen. The thing that I must highlight about his service is that he ACTUALLY cared enough that we understand our situation to break down and carefully explain all the small convoluted details of our sale, purchase and mortgage. He speaks very clearly and in terms that anyone who isn't a lawyer can understand. He is knowledgeable, professional and highly organized.
His prices are reasonable without any hidden fees and even lower than most of the other quotes I got.
If you need a Notary that doesn't just want to rush you through signing a bunch of papers whether you understand what you are signing or not to get you out of their office, give Stephen a call. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.

I am a condo owner. For my case, it was kind of in a rush. Stephen was able to help me and got everything done on time. We sat down and he went through all the details on the papers with me. Making sure I understood everything before signing. Explaining what will happen the next, etc. He is very patience and well organized. I would definitely work with Stephen again in the future. I feel I am in good hands!
