Timothy was ready early when we arrived to our signing appointment and made sure to walk us through everything. He said he could have us signed and out of there in 15 minutes but we paid for his services and he wanted to make sure we knew every detail of what we were signing, what each charge meant and why it was important. Timothy walked us through all the documents and their purpose in details, and was very patient in answering our many questions. We were also very comfortable with the COVID protocols he had in place at the office. Thank you Timothy and team for making the buying process seamless!

Also, when we reached to their office, we felt safe as well as welcomed in the middle of pandemic with maintaining all the precautions. Timothy walked us through the whole complex mortgage paperwork process and take time to explain step by step for us to understand.
