The line was answered by a woman who said just, "Hi." I asked, "Is this the notary public?" She told me to hold on and after a moment another woman came on and answered just, "Hello." I said, "I'm trying to reach a notary." She said that he was busy and asked if I could call back in 45 minutes. I said no.

I called and ask if they could help me to notarize some documents and got it done if I went to their office right away. The answer was yes, but when I got their. They made me wait forever... After wasting 45 mins at their office, I left.

As a full-time student that needs to work, I could not arrive prior to 4:30pm which I thought was not a big deal as they state that their offices close at 5:00pm. When I made the call to book, the man was so unprofessional and started arguing with me about how it was impossible to be busy every week day until 4:30. He quizzed me about my schedule, what I was studying and rudely told me that there was no way I was so busy. Please take your business elsewhere as I have never talked to someone so rude and unprofessional.
