She relieved all my stresses and got everything done sooner than anticipated. She is very quick to respond and if you need a notary, I cannot recommend Jenny enough.

We had a cross province transaction with video sign.
The whole transaction was smooth and we got nothing to worry. Jenny explained everything during the video sign.
The price is very reasonable when I compared many lawyer/notary firms.
I recommend it and definitely come back to her next transaction.

โ โ โ โ โ Jenny assisted me with a real estate transaction and it was an extremely pleasant experience working with her. She was very responsive and answered any questions that I had. Jenny explained everything thoroughly and carefully. She also provided great knowledge and expertise through the various steps. As any one can imagine, a real estate transaction is very stressful as many things are happening at once. Jenny made the overall experience that much better and I felt I could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
