Worst customer service ever. Really bad experience. It seems there are 2 different companies. One by phone and another one in the phisical stores... A client for 4 years and I am not able to receive a proper service.

As a long time customer I'm truly disappointed in this videotron location, its employee and in turn in videotron. The lack of education and customer service in the employee I saw this past weekend was unacceptable. After telling her I didnt know how my phone worked, she took my phone out of my copletely deleted everything on my phone without telling me what she would. When I realized it, she told me I should have made it clear to her prior to handing her my phone that there was anything important to me on it. She should have explained what she was about to do. She didnt even apologize. She told me it was my fault. There was no apology nor did she act sympathetically at all. When I asked her about plans for my phone, she said I'd have to search for the customer service number and talk to them. I asked if she could tell me anything about the plans, she flat out said I told you, you need to call them. I cant give you any information.

Service at this location is very poor. They do not go out of their way to help you. Despite being told by service à la clientèle to come into the store, this location would not help us and just told us to call back. This attitude seems to represent the Vidéotron company and we’ve switched to Bell. Update - we called back service à la clientèle and they told us that the store's policy was incorrect and they should accept modem returns at the store. This branch is making up their own rules.

There was no waiting line, 3 reps available (Saturday morning) and our visit was in and out with 2 upgrades and 1 new service. Best service we ever had from Videotron. Ask for Herby, nice guy with excellent customer service skills, very professional, knowledgeable of all services and devices.

Was told having a working phone was not an "essential service" and was turned away and told to call customer service. Not sure how they expected me to call customer service without a working phone... Went to a different Videotron store where I was welcomed with open arms and had it sorted in less than half an hour. Excellent company, however, this is a TERRIBLE branch.

Worst service ever provided by Catherine Cote. She gave us misleading information and the run around for over 1 hour. When I went back to the store to confront her about it she started getting fustrated and then called security on us. All we wanted to do was get my mother in law a new phone and her old number transferred which STILL hasnt happened. I again have to get on the phone and figure it out because she was unable to.
