★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, I was disappointed, twice, felt no respect for my budget after mentioning it several times, no respect to my wish of how I want my hair done and ended up with something that I did not wanted or agreed to. I don't feel that this location is very professional.
My opinion, I can't recommend this service due to that I was not satisfied at all and left feeling very disappointed and that I had to overpay and they changed the price 3 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good stuff but there's someone there that doesn't speak a word of english/French. I had to make her repeat three times. Do you have any idea how awkward it is to ask someone to repeat three times?

My hair is totally messed up.
I have to wait a year before I can cut my hair again.
I will never go to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had such great service!! Amelie is the best, especially with Blonde coloration but honestly she’s amazing with anything I’ve asked to try. Honest advice and amazing work for a reasonable price. I’ve moved to Montreal but still make the trip to get my hair done here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my first time going there, but today I am very disappointed with them, made a reservation last weekend for the upcoming Tuesday(today) and they cancelled on the last minute, I actually was at the door when they called me to cancel my appointment. they gave me excuse saying they have not saw my appointment and the stylist (Marie Christine) will not have time to see me today, I live literally 40 minutes from there. They offered me to send me to another location on a very shady mall, which was complete out of touch. This was very unprofessional from them and I am not looking to go back there.
