J	Jasmine Menkah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a price error on a book that I purchased at another location. The manager Sarah acted like she called the location asking about the price error. She then stated that it was a price error and that the book was not shown at the price that I said it was. She was basically accusing me of lying and taking a 15$ sticker to put on a book that was more expensive. She said “ well the stickers are really easy to remove”. I contacted the other location and they stated that the whole row was shown at the price that I saw and that it was a mistake. They offered to do a price match and give me back the difference. I’m really disappointed because I really liked the Brossard location but after the horrible customer service that I’ve received from that specific manager today, never again!

K	Kimi R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store, very similar to Barnes & Nobles. Good customer service. It was just a little excessive though the fact that the associate seemed to be following me around the store offering her help. Quite a few titles, items for the home and for gifting. No coffee shop.

I	Israa Hilles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite place ??Absolutely love this location! It's in a grand open space where you can see accross the room and easily find different genres. The interior decor is a wow factor, and their shelves, books and sections are so tidy and neat, I felt like shopping all morning! The selection and wide and their promotional displays will inspire your next read. The staff are also super warm, down to earth and courteous. Can't wait to return with my teen kid. They'll love the experience.??
