The staff was great. They were a bit late but honestly it was worth the wait. We had a lot of fun and would definitely go again.

Paid 540$ for my daughters birthday ... only to have elderly cursing that the children were loud ... I’m not sure how to occupy 20 kids between games that are supposed to be spaced out by 15 minutes but it has now been a very long time and still we’re not going inside... Very disappointing , will never be coming back

I had a lot of fun and the staff seemed fairly well organized. We weren't many groups that night though.

Yesterday I went with a group of 9 teenagers for my sons birthday to LaserQuest. Our first appointment was at 3:20 and the next was I had purchased a 2 game pack: at 4, My husband stayed in charge while I stepped out with some parents. Upon returning at 4:45 I approached the kids and asked them if they had fun to which they said it was good but we haven't played our second game yet. I then approached the salesperson then, not thinking much of it as this had happened just last year, they had forgotten our group and had to work things around to fit us in. Take note. This had happened last year, as every year I go there for my 2 kids birthdays and there seems to always have mishaps that are always easily solved well.... Not this time, the person who was there told us that she had called our group 4 times and that no one had answered so the only possible way she could solve it is give us passes to come back another day, upon arguing they found us a spot an hour and 30 minutes later. Our group was there already waiting 1 hour. Now you tell me how 9 people plus my husband that makes 10 people did not hear them call their group 4 times?! The 'manager' or the person in charge vouched she heard her girl call yet the kids got out at 4:10 from their first game and the second appointment was at 4. Was it not their responsibility to Check in the rooms, was it not their responsibility to check around? Logically speaking a group of 9 would NOT leave while I already pre-payed my games!!!!They tried blaming it on the noise but I told them well then you should have a better system call people with a microphone, if customers can't 'hear' you. Again a group of 9 and my husband oddly never heard their names being called.... I got to speak to the kids afterwards once we got home and all of them my husband included told me that they had lied... While the place is a great place to have fun its disorganization makes for a very disappointing results if you bring party groups. As I stated before this was not the first incident and now I am stuck finding transportation for a group of 9 kids since I had already payed for my second game that they didn't play and their lousy solution was to provide me passes to come back another day. So if you wanna avoid embarrassment. And a headache avoid at all costs or stay on the ball and if you happen to be 'forgotten' go see management right away but I warn you they are horribly organized. Def not a place to have parties. This will be our last time for birthday parties. Never again. Again 10 people never heard their group being called very very suspicious. Buy yourselves a microphone and be more organized next time, no group of 9 leaves a pre paid game. So it is your job to make sure you find them. Very, very, very poorly run.

Really fun activity to do with friends or family. Friendly staff and clean environment.

Very nice rooms and equipment and staff. Just one issue: there's at least one door handle in one of the game rooms that has caused injury to someone I know (pretty bad scrape on the back and side). I assume it's for a storage room. The handle should be replaced with a lock that is flush with the door.

Good rooms and staff. They serve food you would see in any regular entertainment location. Better to go in big groups to get a private room. Must have reservation too.

It was quite fun. We kept our same equipment during all the rounds. The arena was not too small but not big either. You have to go in a big group otherwise it won't be the full experience. The chilling lounge was fine. The staff were nice too. Overall, it's pleasing.
