Been a customer for many years. Very few issues and whenever I did have an issue, tech support was able to answer my call and help me. Would recommend them to everyone.

Their sales department is terrible. In my attempt to sign up with them, I was greeted with the attitude of "Take it or Leave it". I also felt racist tone in their sales department voice. I can't recommend this to anyone.

I have used their DSL internet service in Toronto for about 10 years and they have been great! Only once in this time did I have a billing error which was corrected immediately. Any service issues were promptly taken care of. They resell Teksavvy in this area at a cheaper price.

My mom has been with them since before 2010. Never had problems. They were super nice when we were going through financial problems as well. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company.

Been a ZID customer for years. Reliable, steady cable 120mb connection, had couple hiccups but nothing major. tech service is OK. fixed issue reasonably fast. Recommend.

Been a customer for years. Reliable, steady connections. Very glad to save so much vs the oligopoly for the same basic commodity. Who needs all the hype and marketing? I continue to recommend to one and all. Thank you

Terrible with a capital 'T'. We've been customers for years and over the past year the quality has gone downhill dramatically. Nearly every day we have multiple stretches of hours when the internet does not work at all, or is so slow that it's not even worth using. My husband has called 8 times about this issue and the "IT" team has been completely unhelpful. They never have any record of our past conversations so we have to re-explain the problem every time. They have said multiple times someone would contact us about getting a discount on our bill, but that has not happened. Really unprofessional, terrible quality of service.
