★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their sales department is terrible. In my attempt to sign up with them, I was greeted with the attitude of "Take it or Leave it". I also felt racist tone in their sales department voice. I can't recommend this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used their DSL internet service in Toronto for about 10 years and they have been great! Only once in this time did I have a billing error which was corrected immediately. Any service issues were promptly taken care of. They resell Teksavvy in this area at a cheaper price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible with a capital 'T'. We've been customers for years and over the past year the quality has gone downhill dramatically. Nearly every day we have multiple stretches of hours when the internet does not work at all, or is so slow that it's not even worth using. My husband has called 8 times about this issue and the "IT" team has been completely unhelpful. They never have any record of our past conversations so we have to re-explain the problem every time. They have said multiple times someone would contact us about getting a discount on our bill, but that has not happened. Really unprofessional, terrible quality of service.
