C'était pour faire réparer mes lunettes. J'avais l'impression de ne pas être la bienvenue, aucunement professionnel. Mauvaise vise (alors qu'au new look de place de la cité, ils avaient tout. Out of stock maybe? Peut-être, mais on aurait pas dit...) aucun lavage après avoir "taponné" mes lunettes...
 I went and had bad service.
It was to have my glasses repaired. I felt like I was not welcome, not professional. Bad aims (while in the new look of place of the city, they had everything.) Out of stock maybe? Maybe, but we would not have said ...) No washing after having "taped" my glasses ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel accueil, une belle ambiance, des bons prix et un vaste choix de montures. Les meubles commencent à être un peu moins au goût du jour mais le reste en vaut le détour. Je suis de Donnacona et j'ai adopté cette boutique. Je recommande.
A nice welcome, a nice atmosphere, good prices and a wide choice of frames. The furniture is starting to be a little less up to date but the rest is worth the detour. I am from Donnacona and I have adopted this shop. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas satisfaite du résultat de mes verres fumés. Je les ai fait refaire et ils sont pires que la première fois, photo a l'appui. Les verres ne sont pas fumé égal. Très déçue ! Ça l'air cheap et je suis gênée de les porter!
Not satisfied with the result of my sunglasses. I had them redone and they are worse than the first time, photo to prove it. The glasses are not even smoked. Very disapointed ! They look cheap and I'm embarrassed to wear them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté mes lunettes là-bas il y a deux ans, récemment elles sont tombées et elles ne cessaient de glisser sur mon nez. J'ai été a la boutique aujourd'hui et ils m'ont ajuster ma monture immédiatement, sans que j'aille a prouver les avoir acheter chez eux et sans frais supplémentaire.

I bought my glasses there two years ago, recently they fell off and they kept sliding off my nose. I went to the store today and they adjusted my frames to me immediately, without me having to prove that I bought them from them and at no additional cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small lunetterie boutique at Carrefour la Pérade in Quebec City worth the visit. I have bought my contact lenses there for the last 3 yrs. Sit for eyes exam twice and just bought 2 pair of prescription glasses this week. My staff in my company also gets prescription glasses in that location. Alexandra is a contact lenses specialist. In 30 yrs it's the first optician that make me tried 4 type of lenses so we could find the perfect match to my eyes. It's pretty unique as service and rare to get that kind of service elsewhere or at Costco. Danielle took care of explaining to me New look own bifocal lens product they offer. I am use to Zeiss products. I look forward to try my new glasses when I get them in a week. A great place for good professional advice. I highly recommend this shop.
